How do I specify the transition conditions for framework contracts?

Overview

In order to be able to terminate framework contracts, specific transition conditions must be in place as part of the contract period.

Steps

Follow these instructions for specifying contract transition conditions, taking into account the following settings:

1. As Calendar pick Buchführungs-Kalender.
2. As Term Duration and Term Unit enter “1 Year”.
3. As Term of Notice and Term of Notice Unit enter “1 Month”.
4. As Subscription Interval and Subscription Unit enter “1 Year”.
5. Set the fields Extension Type and Next Contract Terms to none.
6. Specify the Transition Conditions as described towards the end of these instructions.
